Restoration Life Center is looking for a compassionate, dependable, and motivated individual to join our team as a Resident Coordinator!
As a Christian ministry, we are dedicated to providing a safe, supportive, and structured environment while helping residents work toward a better future.
Christian applicants who are active church members are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Will be responsible for resident intake and orientation
✅ Oversee daily shelter operations and safety
✅ Support residents and help resolve conflicts
✅ Connect residents with community resources
✅ Maintain records and enforce shelter policies
✅ Work alongside staff to encourage resident success
Qualifications & Physical Requirements:
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️ Valid driver's license required
✔️ Must be able to pass a drug test and background check
✔️ Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✔️ Basic computer skills
✔️ Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
✔️ Ability to lead Bible study on occasion
✔️ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb stairs, and stand or walk for extended periods
✔️ Experience in social services or a shelter setting preferred, but not required. The right person will be trained!

🕒 Position Details:
📅 This is a weekend evening shift. Holiday availability and attendance at special events are required as needed.
⭐ This is a temporary position with the potential to become permanent.
